Thanks for taking a look, Shirley. This design is based on a drawing I did in the 80s and it has served me well. Believe it or not, it started out as a cloud, then I got to looking at it and thought how much it looked like our Suffolks before shearing. They looked like clouds with 4 legs moving about in the pasture. Ha!! Appreciate your taking a look. Thank you.

Such a great idea. I have sheep drawings, done while I lived on Salt Spring Island. Have been meaning to get around to osting thewm sometime. Took me ages to draw- not a skill of mine so I shouldn't waste them. This idea of inverting is so good but I won't do that.
Thanks, Su. I appreciate your taking a look. A cheater quilt is a good idea. I can see it as a comforter too. Then one could literally count sheep. :-)

Nice idea to put them together like this into a checkerboard - would make a fun cheater quilt!
Thanks so much, Janiece. I stare at sheep all day long -- we have 10 Suffolks -- so it stands to reason they would appear in my fabric designs at some point. Thank you again for taking a look.
These are fun. The whole collection would make a fun wool quilt. lol
Thanks so much for taking a look at the design, materialsgirl. Much appreciated.
