I have created the basic form of the doll and then the customer will need to purchase: 2 to 3 yards of 7" tulle, 2 yards of ribbon (4 nine inch pieces for the ballet slippers and 2 thirteen inch pieces for the hair) and if you wish to personalize the doll further you will need embroidery floss for embroidery. First you fold the tulle in half long ways and hand baste near the folded side of tulle. Once finished, tie around the waste of doll and adjust evenly around doll. For the shoes, take all 4 nine inch ribbons and pin them next to the shoes when pinning the doll together and sew. Simply tie the 2 thirteen inch ribbons around her buns.
