These can be used as panels for plain pillows for children. The back is printed as a full reverse of the front , so the two parts can be sewn together without the flap.
A zipper could be added to the back by folding the back sections so they just meet.
One bunny could be the inner pillow and the other could be the cover.
The two designs could be used together so that the pillow is boy bunny on one side and girl bunny on the other.
