This is a Warmable Pillow Design. The Spotted Pig is the warmable pillow and the blanket is it's slip cover. A copy of the instructions is printed on the material and also copied in Additional details below.
Cut out pig around light green.
Cut out case ("blanket") following the dashed lines.
Pin pig pieces together facing each other and stitch around. Hugging the pinkish edge. (Leave a hole for stuffing)
Pin case in same way and stitch around three sides. Leaving the bottom open. Fold bottom of case up and stitch a finished seam still leaving it open. Turn both rightside out. Proceed with stuffing the piggy with rice or grain to hold ice cold or microwaved warmth.
After freezing or warming pig slip him into the green blanket and snuggle.

Great point su_g! I never saw or thought about just folding and sewing two sides! LOL! It'll also depend if you want those black dash lines to be visible though. That is one thing I love to mush abut Spoonflower; I can design something and sew it up one way then someone else can buy the material and do something completely different with it! :)

Very thoughtfully presented with the instructions clearly readable (altho' I think you only need to sew two sides of the blanket if you treat the middle as a fold). Good point that it can be used for heat and/or cold too.
