A jigsaw-like tessellation of a duck-billed platypus. The current, single-hue colouring scheme preserves some of the underlying tetrad rotational symmetry but the presence of head vs tail features destroys the various reflections. (A 2 hue map-respecting version would destroy the tetrads too and leave it just being bidrectional on diads.)
Currently displaying relatively natural earthy tones of platypus, aligned with the warp and weft thread directions. Other colours, stylings, sizes and orientations are available on request and you can even ask for a combination of several designs together.
