I haven't proofed a red version...but I can if you tell me what size of repeat you would be interested in, I can get to it next week...

In reading the posts I see that someone already requested a red version? Is this available?
Thanks for your interest, RachaelHuston_Gormley!!! I have been away from the computer for a week...sorry to have not responded earlier... I can create and proof a red version if you like. I will send you a private message.

Hi there! I can't seem to send a message to you through spoonflower. I would love to wallpaper our downstairs loo in this! But I am wondering if you would be amenable to creating a red and white verion? Possibly a nice scarlet red? Please let me know how to reach you. Thanks!!
doh! the wallpaper is 24 inches wide...which means an 18.75 width won't work in wallpaper...only in fabric.
So the 2 choices are 24 x 19.28 inches or I can proof a new version at half that scale 12 x 9.62 inches...if that works better for you.
Hi Jamield! The repeat is 25.03 in wide by 20.05 in high...pretty large for a bookcase backing...how about I create a version half the size at 12.5 in x 10 in...which won't show as much dead body detail...and another version a bit bigger at 18.75 in x 15 in...you can choose what works for you?
I'm in love with this print. What is the repeat on the revised wallpaper? I want to use this to paper the back of my bookcases.
Toile de Christie pillows for Linda's B'day. Cause she loves to curl up on the couch with a good mystery.

Revised since the contest to work in 20x25 inch scale...Dead body in the back seat of the automobile is more visible and i added more connective foliage/clouds between elements.
hootenannit...I'm sure you are a very perceptive sleuth...you have found three bodies in the tree and shrubbery...there is a 4th pair of legs in the back seat of the car...but too small to see at the scale of the view on this page...which is why I want to modify this design this week when I have a little time so that it works on a less giantoid scale...
Congratulations on top ten.
Congratulations on top ten!
Congrats on making top ten! Though I'm clearly a poor sleuth (can't see the fourth body anywhere, and have scoured the English countryside!), I'm delighted by your gentle illustrations and the cohesiveness of your sleuthy toile. Lovely!
well done! congrats on top 10!
Thanks for all the kind comments!
This is a large scale design...Now that I have it in hand...I think I will make some revisions so that it works in a smaller repeat...then I will offer it in a couple more versions...
Congrats on making the Top 10, Jill!
Congratulations on placing in the top ten with your intriguing design, Jill!
Love how this printed, congrats on top 10!

Congrats on the top-ten placement......such a great design!
congratulations on top 10!
Thanks so much for the kind comments su_g, victorialasher and nezumiworld! I'm looking forward to seeing how it looks in yardage...
So elegant and unique, really captured the flavor of Christie and your description was so perfect too - especially that "horrors..! the dead body is discovered...all over the English countryside!" That really describes your toile! Very well done.
Nicely done. It really has the look of a traditional toile; and perfect for the contest.
Clever and elegant design :)
Thanks for liking it, countrygarden!
very nice and elegant. a nice soft quality to the design despite the murder theme :) fun
