I call the style of these type of designs nouveau deco kaleidoscope because they have the arches and curls borrowed from the late 19th century art nouveau, but also the sense of angle and machine of the later craftsman and art deco movements, and of course, the mirror repeat turns them all into kaleidoscopes.
Here dark and light spade/hearts create negative space curved edge diamonds with olive and turquoise bits within. Overall this looks like a pea soup colored fabric, but on close inspection one can find turquoise and pink and other bits of color in the small scale background designs.
