Art nouveau spades blow in an imaginary breeze amid diagonal boxes, interwoven and twisting ribbons, undulating curves, and perky little pink flowers.
This is the original version of this design, which I wasn't sure I liked, just looking at it, in my monitor, right when I made it.
So I made a second version, replacing the browns and muddy pinks with baby layette pink and blue. Now that I see them side by side in real fabric, I am not sure that my second version is better than this original. Not sure it is worse either. So I present them to you, to judge for yourself, which is better, colorwise. (file j94a4)
