When Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz sang "Somewhere Over the Rainbow," she must have been dreaming about what she imagined beyond this art nouveau window or fence. It's over there, somewhere, in pastel paisleys with shiny pools of blue water, green diamond scallops with pink diamond centers, and white vines of curvy spades. But the pastel fairy land is on the other side of these bold black bars so one can never quite reach it. (file j96m2)
