I had quilting, curtains, bedspreads, or even a maxi skirt--anything you would see from a distance--in mind when I created this green and brown and white autumn garden design.
You get the colors of September where some plants have died but others are still green.
You get slinky graceful buds and spade-flowers, and dot filled curlies that reach their petals to the centers of the circle. Most of all you get brown ribbons that create a pattern of paths to turn this entirely abstract composition into circles and ovals, with crossing joints and little dots everywhere.
