"Fishes" was hand-illustrated using gouache. In addition to the blue "Aquatic" color way, it is also available in orangy "Daybreak" and deep violet "Amaranthine." Each colorway was created using gouache and gently corrected for a perfect repeat in Photoshop.
Fishes in Aquatic prints clearest in Bamboo/Cotton Rayon. It is also lovely in Upholstery-weight Twill and Linen-Cotton Canvas which give the pattern a richer texture.
