Thank you! I am very, very careful in having permission. I even wrote to Dover to make sure I was using their items correctly. If it is Creative Commons or Public Domain, I take a screen shot for my records. I love taking these fragments and creating new pieces or reinterpreting old works. I love what I do! The attribution, the sweat equity and the reworking certainly negate the insulting term of "stealing."

I love reusing vintage stuff. I have run into some here who think it is stealing even if it is with permissions. I think of it as resurrection and repurposing. Giving these works a new life in a new time. A way of preserving history and passing it on. I have been collecting dover books since the late 70's and use stuff from them often.
