This reminds me of two toys from my kindergarten days. The first was parquet squares which were sort of like a puzzle you created out of brightly colored diamond shapes. The second toy was little straws with clasps at their ends. You could build cubes or other forms in 3D with them, but you never got a true right angle, so your cube was always sort of off kilter.
The parquet diamonds of this design have that toy's off kilter angles. There are zig zag horizontal diamonds here, but they intersect with more kite shaped forms.
Within those forms are what look like sliced carnations of purple. And there are twisting tendrils and vines. Lots of diamond/kites here. Lots of blues, greens, and purples. And lots of soary wingy things too.
In the test print of this the flowers seem entirely purple, not a blue-purple at all.
