Thank you very much for sharing your photos of the Christmas Bell fabric, Winterblossom! Thank you also for your kind comments on this collection.:-)
Really like how you have used your sweet drawing of our much loved christmas bells and wattle in so many different ways, all the same but different.
What super cocktail napkins these would be! I love these beautiful Christmas bells and the colours print so well! They would be awesome used in a patchwork project and would bring cheer and joie de vivre to any home!
So you can see how the Christmas Bells print. Here is a scan of them on Faux Suede. Beautiful. Just as onscreen.

Lovely design! I really like the warm haliday glow this design invokes.
Keep on drawing Rhonda!!
Thank you for your thoughtful comment, Hakuai! For me, an Australian Christmas means Summer heat, family gatherings, sharing and caring celebrations with friends, more Summer heat, cool drinks, bright light and colourful flowers, swimming, avoiding sunburn at the beach, picnics, spectacular storms, wonderful Southerly Buster cool winds after even more Summer heat! Come on Down Under to experience it all! :-)
I like the summery yet Christmas-y feel of this design--I've never experienced an Australian Christmas, but I imagine this is what it's like :)
Thank you very much for your kind words about my design, Kim!
A very subtle and sweet Christmas design! Nice!
Thank you for the lovely comment on my festive flower design, Elishka! :-)

Rhonda, this design is beautiful! I love Christmas Bells, and your illustrations are just lovely!
Good luck in the contest this week! :)
Aha! Thank you for the lesson.
Thank you very much for the marvelous comments, Melanie, Moira, Patricia and Susan! Patricia, in answer to your question about the Golden Wattle; it is a tree belonging to the Acacia family. It's botanical name is "Acacia pycnantha". It is the official floral emblem of Australia. There are more than 900 different kinds of wattle trees throughout Australia, so it is a plant that can be seen everywhere. You were on the right track with your idea about the old Anglo -Saxon building technique of wattle and daub, as that was the origin of the plant's name. The branches of the wattle trees are flexible and easily obtained, thus it was often chosen as a handy building material for dwellings in the early days of the New South Wales colony. If you would like to find out more about Australian wattle trees, I suggest you Google "Golden Wattle" and read the Wiki info and then the, "Commonwealth - Floral Emblems - Australian Plant Information" entry. It is fascinating to read about how thr Golden Wattle came to be officially recognised as the floral emblem of Australia.
Beautiful design, so delicate and pretty. I could see these being used throughout the entire year!
Sweet, charming and elegant - I love the colourways of the allovers - what is Golden Wattle - is that as in wattle and daub , the blue colour?
These are lovely and the colours are perfect!
Love that combination of warm colours. (I wished I could put this in as eloquent terms as you do in your comments, I really admire the way you write)
Thank you very much, Wren and Holly! Your sweet words brought a ray of sunshine into my morning! :-)
Your design is so beautiful! I just love your illustrations and your colors are perfect!
It's a fresh idea for holidays, yet still unmistakably fits the holidays. (And laundered napkins can be used daily.)
Thank you very much, Carole! I really appreciate your careful viewing and thoughtful comment on my design! You are actually the first person to mention noticing that each leaf in the hand drawn wreath is unique as is each Golden Wattle puff blossom! Like the leaves on the wattle tree, they were meant to look like individuals of the same species of tree. I guess you really need to look at the swatch view to see the subtle differences. :-)
ooh, i like the subtle changes around the edges.
Thank you Angel, Sylvie and Melanie! It was so nice to read your lovely comments! :-)
