There was a look to art in the period between art nouveau and art deco that was delicate and angular and never got a formal name. Some of it is Craftsman. But most of it really is a post nouveau/pre deco style. This collection of fine and twisted interlocking lines evokes the feeling of that era and style. If there had been a Spoonflower in 1913, when that style was trendy, they might have made a delicate and wiry design like this one.
