Hearts with twisted stems (or you can call them spades if you prefer) point at blue flowers from their green lily pads as vine entwined vertical scallops cross white striped horizontal lines containing blue arrows.
It is all done out of lines barely thicker than a human hair, and shades of green and aqua blue.
