This is a cut and sew panel for a traditional four quarter circle skirt. It is made just as you would make a full circle skirt however works better with knits because each quarter falls the same direction on the bias. There will be less distortion with the weight of the knit. Just stitch each section together, then cut your "circle" for your waistline and attach a waistband you can form with the excess printing on the edges. The yellow hemline is meant to fold under leaving a thin 1/4", tight, piping effect on the bottom edge. Also optional - leave the two back connecting panels open about 6 inches and insert a zipper for a flat waistband rather than elasticized.
