lol! I never checked for that! But I'll be interested in the answer.

I don't suppose he did a chair where rows of them could appear to be tessellated if set up carefully and viewed from the correct angle.
Salvator Dali already did a Lips chair (and a Lips sofa), so you don't have to go to the trouble, Sef! ______This design is wonderfully glamorous and fun. If SF had scarf silk, it would be super on a head scarf, bright and cheerful. If they had silk twill, it would be great on a tie, at a smaller scale. I love the way you've got the highlight as well as the shadow.
I think I'll leave the furniture construction to someone else. It would be rather creepy (if glam) to have rows and rows of chairs like that at some conference centre or other though!
Oh yes - it would be wonderful as wallpaper, I can just see it in a modernistic space - maybe even a modern art museum - with a couple of feature chairs - could they be lip-shaped? - in the same colors... I've pinned it to my Decor board - http://pinterest.com/pin/47358233552982673/ - to see if anyone else can see the vision, let me know if that's not ok.
This is such an eye catching design.
Ah, you want high-gloss lipstick. The wallpaper would also be quite shiny. I only have a Kona test here, but the colours came out just fine on that.
Gorgeous! So beautifully, bright and bold! I wonder how this would go on the cotton-silk - it seems to cry out for a really shiny fabric!
