It struck me as a bit funny that certain typewriters such as the Royal ~ model FP (circa 1957) have keys that look very similar to teeth and a couple

Very nice design, I like the line of text running through the background. It does look like your typewriter has a face, I think he looks friendly!
I can see eyebrows too, and possibly even little Shrek-style ears... if it's a sickness, it's a good one, and it's possibly catching too! Good luck in the contest Lori!
It's a sickness Rhonda... finding humour in average, everyday things. I couldn't help but laugh when I came across them, and then I couldn't get into my graphics program fast enough to draw one :)
