When I think of typewriters, it brings back childhood memories of hearing my mom (a school teacher) click away on her typewriter. Immediately, I think of how time goes by so quickly. Images of old time pieces and childhood fairy tale characters, like the rabbit in Alice & Wonderland, come to mind. I decided to design an interpretation of these visions by incorporating 'studious' rabbits with black-rimmed glasses, typewriters & time pieces into a contemporary tile print with vintage homage. Hand-drawn in ink & vector illustrated. Designed for: home upholstery - pillows, accent chairs, drapes.
