I love owls :) I love Doctor Who :) ..... cheater appliqué and patch bigger owl and mini owl ~ extra mini owl front for a pin cushion too! I made mine with poplin which is just perfect for this project.
Instructions ~ Cut out owls ~ remember to leave seam allowances! Right sides facing, sew together leaving a gap between the owl ears. Overlock (zig zag) raw edges. Turn inside out, carefully poke corners of ears and feet, press with a hot iron. Fill with polyester fibre stuffing. Pin, and hand sew across the top. Just the same for the mini owl and pin cushion (you'll need to back the pin cushion with your own fabric) Enjoy! xxx
