Dolly's school supplies include a Hedgie backpack, lunch bag, and "pencil case" set; along with a "composition book", and a peanut butter and grape je
In addition to basic sewing tools, you will need a 48 inch piece of cord about 1/8 inch diameter. A piece of ribbon would also work.
There are two alternatives to constructing the pencil case, one of which will require a small amount of stuffing; but rolled fabric scraps will work very nicely.
Designed for an18 inch "Magic Attic" doll; the kit will also work for "American Girl" dolls, and others of that size, or slightly smaller.
The instructions are completed but I have had some problems in the past with my images disappearing when I upload a revision, so I will do that as soon as the contest ends. Hopefully I can get the little tutorials for the backpack and crayon box done soon. These pieces are not difficult, but are a little more complicated.
A bit of "Hedgie's busy day" on the wider fabrics.

Thank you Amel24, so sorry I missed your comment earlier. I realized today I had never uploaded the revision with the completed instructions; so I did it today. I also added a piece of the "Hedgie's busy day" design as a bonus on the wider fabrics.

Thank you Ottomanbrim.
The combination of different projects is terrific and I love the hedgehog!
Thank you Rhonda. I really debated putting it in the contest because a kit is not a generally useable as just a fabric. But I had the idea and just had to go with it. I've done a scattered repeat of the hedgies in 2 sizes. I also managed to fit the directions in and still have a little strip left over next to the "pencil case, so I added three tiny hedgies, one of each, for buttons, or something.
This is a darling design to make for a tiny tot's special dolly! I love the idea and the kit, Victoria!
