A cut and sew circle skirt for toddler size girls. Hard to find airplane prints made especially for girls.
I can create a version that is large enough for an elementary aged girl, just contact me for information about customization. These were created to wear to the homecoming for the Mad Fox Squadron in Jacksonville, Florida. I am happy to customize these skirts with squadron names, colors etc.. free of charge for any active military. (Design work is free, but you still have to pay Spoonflower for the fabric)

Wow! Your sewn examples show just how much fun you can have with these strong designs. The white ruffle looks tremendous together with the crisp white clouds, and the red piping or bias hem really accentuates the red in the plane motif and 'finishes' the skirt very nicely. Shows just how effective variations to a hem can be to make a piece unique.

Store bought ruffle was added to the bottom. I suggest using the blue strip that comes with the yard of fabric to use for the waistband, I'm not liking my white waistband.
I wasn't really happy with the faux border I had tried to create on the fabric. So taking your comments about the buttons adding a "pop" of color, I decided to shorten the
hemline and finish the edge with red bias cut piping. I love love love it now! So crisp and polished.
The airplane skirt just looks great sewn up! The design image doesn't do justice to the motif so it was great to see the detail in the project image. What a wonderful gift!
The fabric looks delightful made up into the little outfit! It will have a wonderful swishing flare when the toddler wearing it spins about!
