This is a reproduction of a floral rococo print design, which looks like an indigo print (also known as 'China blue' or 'English blue'; at least when it was printed using copper plates).
The design repeat is 21.67x15 inches on fabric and 24x16.62 inches on wallpaper (but within that size, it's shifted; so basically a non-shifted repeat is half that scale).
