This is my design for the midcentury cocktail dress design, hand drawn in pen and ink and coloured in photoshop, I tried to keep the essence of the kinda sketchy linear designs that were prominent on 50's interior fabrics, but keep the floral motives that were generally in use on the fashion fabrics of the time. A bit of a combined, bit of everything typically 50's design!!
