The size of this design is approximately true to life, if Queen Elizabeth's arms were as long as those of the average woman (c. 60cm / 23.5 inch).
If just the look and not the historical accuracy counts (which would demand real jewels and embroideries instead of printed ones), this isn't the worst choice of fabric for sleeves and forepart of an Elizabethan noble gown ;-)
