Milli Pepper is known throughout California for her stunning large-scale (30x40) guache/watercolors of roses that seem to glow from within. The second design for a 2010 Wall Hanging Calendar with one of my mother's beautiful pieces of art. Approximate size is 15" x 18" with a 1/4 " seam allowance.
