This is Martha the Passenger Pigeon, she died on September 1, 1914. Martha lived at the Cincinnati Zoo and was the last known of her species. Her death made the Passenger Pigeon extinct. A song was even made about her (in background of design). You can keep her alive by making something out of this cute fabric; a bag, a skirt, bathroom curtains, or many other items!!
