Depending on how you look at this, this is either infinite rows and columns of four pointed stars tied together with twisted ribbons, or the same number of almost circular ornaments ready to hang on a Christmas tree.
I haven't a clue which is the "correct" interpretation. But I do know that each of the design forms is filled with tiny details and scales that could be lizard, or could be dragon, or could be fish: you can decide that.(file L67a2b)
