BORDER DESIGN: SUITS 42" WIDE FABRIC
The last known Thylacine or Tasmanian tiger died in captivity of exposure in 1936. Declaration of its extincion occurred in 1982.
Although unrelated to canines, this carnivorous, Australian
marsupial is similar in size and appearance to a dog with a stiff tail.
Its demise is attributed to a bounty imposed by the Government, settlement of its habitat and perhaps disease.
