A cut-and-sew bouffant skirt pattern.
Panels are about 6" across at the waist (excluding seam allowances). 3 panels per yard. Buy enough panels for your waist measurement plus 2-3 inches. Sew all panels together. Insert zipper into one side seam. Attach waistband, gathering skirt into waistband if necessary. Hem.

I like this idea, and how the the yellow gives to white blotches at the top. :-)
I think I would rather it be turned 90 degrees with the waist-band strip on one end so that I wouldn't have to order in multiples of 1 yard if buying for a larger size, or a child's sundress with shearing at top.
