Little Red Riding Hood design set up for several uses. 1 yard = 1/2 circle for a half circle skirt or cape. 2 yards = a full circle cape or skirt. Instructions are not included however instructions for any basic half or full circle capes and skirts works with this fabric. ******Something important to keep in mind if making this as a skirt. The skirt is symmetrical. If you have "curves" the skirt hem will appear higher in the back. A well made circle skirt for a woman is marked and hemmed while being worn so that this doesn't happen. Obviously my design would look odd if you hem it in a different area in the back than in the front. It is a beautiful skirt but consider this issue if you are fuller figured. I would not want you to be disapointed after going to the trouble to make this skirt.
