Just finished a T shirt in this beautiful design. And, to set it off, my daffodils started blooming this morning! Perfect spring day.
This is the prettiest. Well done.
Gorgeous, so fresh and pretty! Perfect for spring and those bow ties look wonderful!

Thank you for your nice comment.
You have captured the beauty of daffodils well. Lovely design.
These cheerful daffodils make a lovely spring-time design! The bow-ties made from this print look fabulous!

Here is another bow tie made by Caroline Driggs and photographed by her.
Bow tie by Caroline at CCADesign at Etsy.com Photo is also by Caroline. She gave me permission to share this photo of one of the custom bow ties she made using the full sized version of my Daffodil Field. There is another photo of another tie in my photo stream; I will link that at a later date.

I took another photo of the swatch. This is printed at 400dpi so the repeat is just under 8 inches wide. It printed a little sharper than my photo shows and the colors are a little different (photo washed out on the bottom left). The single flower at the top center is 5/8 inch wide and 3/4 inch high at this size. In the full size design it would be 2 inches high. This is printed on the Silk Crepe de Chine.

I know one usually thinks of something smaller-scale for a quilt-back, but why not? It would be such a lovely secret, knowing one was sleeping under this field of sunny daffodils, and there's enough going on in the design that the quilting wouldn't mess with it.

Joan, thank you for your comment. Now that I have the original design proof, I will have to proof some more. I hesitated with the color profile change coming up.
For this one I had to really get use to using layers in GIMP.
