Reproduction of a fabric from the Rococo period, c. 1742. The repeat and the pattern is approximately 10.5 x 18 inches on fabric and 6x10.29 inches on wallpaper.
This fabric, when printed, has the look of an embroidery - it's supposed to imitate a silk lampas weave; which does look a lot as if it were embroidered. Please take a look at the 'Test Swatch' size to see what I'm trying to describe here.
