Oh Su, I'd love to see it in those fitted 1950's dresses with the big skirt..........and little drape around the shoulders.
Shelley it is really that color; we call it cotton candy here. Thanks so much ya'll!

It has printed beautifully!! I keep thinking of candyfloss every time I see it.
The larger scale looks fabulous in print - it really suits the design and displays that great range of pinks beautifully. I see this used for 1950s style dresses with fitting bodices & big skirts - it would look fabulous twirling around!
This is the large scale version of the Watercolor Roses design. It is printed in V1 color profile on the cotton sateen. I love the depth of the color saturation. The pink shades developed really well in the printing also.

Thank you Su and Isabella! I have it ordered in some yardage at large scale that I hope will work for a long shirt-waist button front dress.
All the pinks in your lovely roses design printed beautifully, Joan. I'd love to see a fancy, lace-trimmed dress in this.
This would make a beautiful dress, I see something quite bohemian with lots of lace and ribbon, ruffles maybe, organiza or tulle frills... very "girly" and romantic.
I was so happy with the shades of pink in the digital file but wondered if it would print that way. It was great to have the sample arrive and see that sweet pink had printed. Thank you Eloisa! Su, that is always what I am hoping for when designing; that the print will represent a close monitor match for color. As you feel it is nicely close, that is good to hear.............
That is also part of posting photos for me, to give customers that comfort with a fabric printing before it ever even arrives to their home. When viewing this fabric on Flickr, you can click the photo and select the original size photo I've loaded to see it more closely.
Those pinks turned out very well printed, and nicely close to the design image too, looks great in the cotton sateen.
Printed out beautifully, love the true pink!
I ordered the sample of this design set at a smaller scale, but I've left the digital file larger for easier viewing. If it is needed smaller I can re-set the scale.
Thank you Jane!
I really am pleased with color of the pink on the sample fabric I ordered of this design.
So fresh and alive!
Thank you Rhonda!
These beautiful blossoms and glorious sunset pinks make a fabulous fabric design!
The fat quarter came today and this would be so pretty for a summer dress. I love long button front shirt waist dresses and I can really see this in one of those styles. I have a pattern already.........now I need to order the yardage for the dress.
Thank you Rosanna and Rebecca! I've just had fun with all I've learned trying to manipulate Photoshop for cool effects!
My favorite!!! Good luck!!
Beautiful watercolor work. Converting watercolors to digital has been a great challenge for me. You have done it beautifully.
Thank you Kelly and Eloisa! I ordered a little bit of fabric to get a feel for the pink in print............
beautiful! sweet! love it!!
wow! really nice and traditional and romantic and well done. Looks great!
:) Thank you!
He usually waffles about this sort of thing..............but seemed to have the instant answer this time.............and I had changed the entry enough times that one more time didn't seem like a big deal. ha!
Great water colour effect. Husbands know best ;o)
Thank you Katarina!
Thank you Su...........I really am curious to see what the colors are on fabric...........
Beautiful! Those pinks are so yummy they're almost edible. Contrast between the edged and unedged details adds interest to the whole design... and my eye constantly comes back to that beautiful pink in between the motifs.
