A fun adult sized hat that has a hidden zipper opening for a ponytail. Vintage pattern pieces have been modified and filled with faded rainbow arcs and faux stitching, all on a light tan background. Included in the kit are all the pattern pieces needed to make the hat, along with instructions and bonus keychain fobs. Finished hat has "petals" for the brim, and can be worn with the zipper closed or open. (If you do not wear hair in ponytail, you can skip the zipper).
Full kit prints on 1 yard of Kona Cotton.
*Needed supplies: One 5 in/ 12.7 cm zipper, 24 in/ 61 cm length of 1" wide grosgrain ribbon, thread, and light interfacing. Lining pieces (solid colors) are included with the kit. For the keychain fobs, you will also need 2 keyrings and fiberfill. *Seam allowance for keychain fobs is 0.25 in/ 6.35 mm, not listed on kit.*
(Vintage hat pattern was free. I had to adjust the pieces to be actual size and change some errors. No pattern piece was included for the bias cording, so I guessed at the needed size.)
