wow this design is beautiful and the colorblind palette idea is a really cool idea! my dad has red/green colorblindness, but I never thought to do something like this!

Thanks Su and Cathie! The colors are from my colorblind palette. I took my regular color chart into Vischeck where I converted it to colors as seen by people with deuteranopia, the most common type of red/green colorblindness. Naturally, it had far fewer colors, as there were many that were virtually indistinguishable. I often make designs using those colors.
A really interesting pattern - with the way it opens up and then closes again - sets up a nice dynamic. Looks great printed. Really love these colorways building on the steel blue.
