Lots of motion in these interlocking diamonds and ovals. Within them you will find trumpeting paisley teardrop lilies, Egyptian revival/art nouveau twists, and basic formal centers that remind me of Christmas ornaments hanging on a tree. But those ornaments don't look like they would ever sit still long enough for a holiday season. They've got to move, so they explode. The printed colors in this are way more sedate than the screaming electric blue on my screen. This is a problem they sort of fixed with their revised color profile. But at the time I proofed this, that was still an ink re-balance in progress. Therefore, I can't really guess at the exact differences between screen and fabric print, other than it will not be as intense as it appears on a screen. (file: m30e2)
