Another traditional symbol from Ireland is Saint Brigid's Cross. St Brigid's day is the 1st of February, the first day of spring in the Celtic calendar (and also my birthday). Brigid is the lesser known patron saint of Ireland, after Saint Patrick, and her legend is closely tied to her name sake Celtic Godess.
