You can read the story of our shirt here. The full shirt fits on two yards of fabric. I will have instructions added to the shirt soon! Until then, using a zig-zag stitch or serger and sew about 1/4 inch from edge. Sew upper arms to the shirt front matching design elements. Sew the back to the upper arms. Match side seams and arm seams. With one big seam sew together. Fold the neck in half short ways and sew into a tube. Fold again long ways (so now its an inch tall) with wrong sides together match the back, front, and sides. Stretch the neck as you sew. Sew 1/8 inch from neck a long straight topstitch to keep the neck in place. Turn the bottom of the shirt 1/4 inch under and sew a long straight stitch to hem. Will fit up to a 38 inch chest.
