My first contest entry! Yay!
Davis is a little town, just outside of Sacramento. We're well known for our bicycles. The old Lincoln Highway put us on the map, and then we became a more filled-out city with the University. We like agriculture, being on the news for silly things like a tunnel built for toads, and bikes. Lots and lots of bikes. Landmarks featured include a historic archway that really only existed for a decade and a cool dancing pig statue. The tree is a giant Valley Oak preserved in East Davis. Please excuse my omission of actual cows and toads.
