My entry for the Toile de Jouy Contest! I live in Paris for 8 years now! ♥
As I made several 18th century costumes, I'm also in love with Toiles de Jouy :) I wanted to mix some of my favourite views and Art Nouveau to fit the thematic. Art nouveau has been use everywhere in Paris (Architecture, Metropolitain Arks...)! I wanted to use these representative curls in the pattern, and include the idea of "City of Fashion" too :).
