Such a skilled design, love that you've chosen to focus on just the bicycle bell too, really unique :) x
I somehow missed commenting on this brilliant design! I love the way you've used texture, and I love that you did a bicycle bell for this topic. The flower is such a pretty touch.
really beautiful pattern! great concept & execution! lovely colors & textures, too!
Thanks for the sweet comment, Aasma :-)
its cute isabella! & lovely!!!!!!!!
Thanks Julie, Ine and Amy. It was lovely to receive your thoughtful comments. I'm so glad you like my bicycle bells!
Love how you made your shadows, Isabella! I loved the bell I had on my bike. Great memories!
Wonderful! Love the texture in the background, the shadows look awesome, the bells are cute...
This is a brilliant design! I love those elegant flowers on the bells and shadows on the textured background.
Thanks for the sweet comment, Rachel. I do hope you're right!
awesome isabella! and your design will be a breath of fresh air from all the bikes in the contest!
Thanks again, Vo and Shelley. Much appreciated! Thanks, Melanie, Angela, Rebecca and Rhonda, for the fantastic comments :-)
I am totally in awe of your masterly use of the limited colour palette in this outstanding design, Isabella! I can almost hear the joyful tinging of these pretty bells!
Cute bells. Wow those shadows must have been challenging! You did a fantastic job with the color restraints.
I love it!
Definitely ignore the colour box. Like everyone else has said - we all have four colours showing! Mine says I have a grey too - and I can't see it for the life of me.
Lovely design Isabella, great use of limited palette by patterning and creating a shadow effect, so clever :)
Don't even look at those color boxes. I have a design that has NO orange in it at all and orange shows up as one of the colors. That color thingy is whacked. It's pretty apparent that you only used 3 colors and used tight patterning to change values. And nicely done at that!
I really, really don't want to go through the 'how many colours are there' drama again so I have attached a screen shot of what happens when I put this design through Spoonflower's colour change tool. The tool can only find 3 colours because that is all I used.

Thanks for the supportive comment, Samarra. I think you must be right. The swatch boxes for this design are showing for me as white, yellow and 2 greys. An extra colour and no purple at all, yet when I run the design through the colour changer it only finds the 3 colours I used. Oddly, I was informed in a private message that other users are seeing a different 4 colours in these swatch boxes to what I see! All very frustrating. If we were to believe these swatch boxes we would have to disqualify all of us because they say we are all using 4 colours! Thanks again :-)
Super cute idea and execution, btw!
Isabella, don't worry about it. I believe the reference is to the color swatch boxes that show up beside your pattern. I used a white, black and tangerine and still my preview swatches show up an additional pale grey that's not there. It's clearly blending pixels and therefore not accurate about what the pure hues are that are being used. Darn misleading thing.
Where do you see four colours, Lee? There is absolutely only three colours in this design - deep purple, yellow and white.
Isabella, the preview shows that you are using 4 colours instead of 3..... best check as the contest says only 3 colours.
Thanks so much, Shelley, Alex, Carmen, Sharon, Vo, Emma, Nadia and Lee! Your positive response has made my day :-))
What a fabulous design! Great imagination and colour scheme.
unique and lovely design :)
The depth, the textures, the shadows, the unusual idea.........this one is FAB Isabella!!! : ) ps. you have been extra clever with the 3 colours......I'm envious!
Inventive! And fab use of color/design.
ooo clever ~ really gorgeous xxx
Amazing! very original idea! Superb use of colours!
Very, very clever use of your three colours Isabella :)
