Offered here as an 8" repeat, I think the design has that 1950's, Festival of Britain, feel; you know, fresh and modern, but with echos of much older (Tudor maybe) textile designs. This small scale repeat was designed primarily with quilters in mind but I think it would make a lovely spring or summer dress fabric.
