This is for my daughters, who I'm hoping love science and art equally and as much as their parents do! It's a twirly skirt sized to fit on one yard of cotton sateen (56" x 36", or it'll fit any fabric but the quilting weight or silk) and includes a robot doll and a tiny bag it can fit inside, so the robot can accompany its owner on super important missions to the grocery store, bathroom, preschool, back yard, park, etc... if the owner is anything like my girls, that is. :) I just finished my first tutorial about how to make a tiered skirt, using this fabric as a guide (or you could use any fabric, really!) on my blog: http://jennartdesigns.blogspot.com/2011/09/tiered-skirt-tutorial.html
