Superficially this looks like an ornate, alternating vertical stripe of golden yellows and aqua with a zig zag diagonal line overlay that creates diagonally oriented boxes all over it. But look more closely and you will see that the boxes are actually intertwined hearts. Each blue flower is inside the top "ear" of a heart. And the teardrop end of the paisleys sprouting yellow petals are at the point end. So yes, this is a vertical stripe paisley abstract, with an overlay of pale pink (it isn't really white) lacing. But it is also a whole Valentines Day worth of hearts. (file h33d3) Side note: This is one of those designs that would work well in ultra tiny calico mode, and in huge upholstery size. I picked a default size in the middle, so you could see the details, but as with all of my (and most other Spoonflower artist's) work, the size can be changed each time the design is ordered. One can even order a yard in one size, then a fat quarter in another, and use them together. You do have to ask the artists to make these adjustments, because they have the size controls to their designs.
