Yikes! It was time to get my challenge entry done. I needed an idea. II glanced up and saw one of the lightbulbs of my pole lamp. Bingo! I chose that image as my inspiration: the lightbulb within its little lamp shade. Now if that's not a light bulb moment, I don't know what is! I created a digital back ground and did a drawing of the the image using the limited palette allowed for the contest. I used it to create some funky polka dots and then highlighted them with hand drawn white dots. This design is useful for a fun retro blouse a la 60's style.
