blue petals
In the fresh, countryside air, swathes of wild flowers scatter themselves under a blue summer sky. Hues reflecting from the strong sun dye the petals in soft oranges and yellows. Some are tinted slightly green while others become so saturated that they appear as a faded hazel mist. The flowers themselves seem to make up the entire landscape, their colours tinging and transforming as their shapes become the hills and the sky. The blue behind is in fact not sky but made up of delicate blue petals that peep out between the yellows and greens. © Marta Rusin 2012 https://www.facebook.com/KociaraTextiles http://kociaratextiles.blogspot.co.uk/ All designs available in different scales and colorways.
