I had been thinking of doing a dye-painting of ornaments, starting by laying poker chips or metal disks on my piece of fabric, and spray-dyeing with a salt texture, leaving white circles, which I would then dye-paint using a resist for white lines.___ This is a virtual version of that, using many of my vector fabric designs, and making some new ones, then putting the result into Photoshop to add textures, some of which are derived from a scan of a salt-textured hand-dyed fabric.___ Two coordinating fabrics so far. www.spoonflower.com/designs/3658396 and the black and white deer: http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/1350229 and the teatowel version: http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/1447275 plus http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/3658464 and http://www.spoonflower.com/designs/3658509 two of my new designs or versions for this project. ___This design has been ordered, it's about to ship - available for sale soon. ___ Now for sale. The textures and colors show well; the blue behind the white-line floral design is especially rich.
