reproduction style original desing in miniature
I was a bit suspicious with this design when I sent it out to print... making miniature pattern meant the original image is a pixel art, does not look that good on computer screen - BUT OH MINE my surprise when I got the actual fabric, it printed so crisp and clear! Can't wait to use this as intented, to make realistic looking 18th century gowns for my dolls... I will definately upload pictures when I do, and now I'm inspired to design more fabrics... I'm gonna "need" to make Caribbean style colonial prints as well! And omg, wouldn't African bright colored patterns look good on a darker skin doll! My fashion dolls will never wear pink lame ever again! This is NOT available as wallpaper because it's tiny, you would just get sore eyes looking this in your wall... but I did choose to offer as decal, because it would be perfect for dollhouse wallpaper! T he decals are self adhesive, so you don't need glue! And if you want to change the wallpapers, it should come off as easily... and use it again in somewhere else! and this with perhaps wood panelin below would look nice in an 1:12 scale dollhouse. If you have questions, more pictures of fabrics, projects, free patterns etc. You can find me in the blog merineiti.wordpress.com
